weavers page scroll

Good afternoon.

I am doing some work on my site and would like to have the same effect that weaver has on his site..

the info going under the title / header when you scroll the page up.

Can any one help me w direction to do this.. Thank you so much

The green graphic positioning is the key. Select it and look in the inspector 1st Tab

In here there is a dropdown option that defaults to Absolute (positioning) change this to Fixed in Window - Done
