fad in and roll-over

Is it possible to fade and image in on the page which then turns into a roll-over? Can this be done in Express or would I need Pro?

3. In the Effect drop-down menu, choose ‘Appear’.

The ‘Blind Down’ and Slide Down’ options also make the image appear gradually.

That’s good news.

If you add the Attention FX action, the picture can be made to shake AND fade on to the screen. I’m not sure how useful it is, but it’s great fun and the rollovers still work.
