Arrow scaling
Or a stroke to outline conversion that includes the arrowhead? If I could get an arrow head up with control points I could do what I wanted with it if I needed to.

I draw my own arrow-heads in any case - have done for years, in all sorts of different drawing apps - the ‘standard’ ones that each app produces rarely satisfy me. The nice thing about Intaglio is that it has a very convenient library in which to keep them, and from which it is the work of a moment to extract the one you want.

Object > Convert > Stroke To Fill converts both the stroke and any arrow. Some arrow styles are stroked and some are filled but this should work with either.
