Jumping images

Newby to Freeway - please help! When the pages on my web site load, the menus / images jump all over the place before settling into position. The background is grey and there is a white panel between the background and images.

Am I doing something wrong with the layer settings?

Pages can be viewed here: http://www.earthenart.net

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated Thanks Graham.

Thanks for your reply Walter. I’m using Safari and Firefox and the problem still exists for me. Will ask other users to see if they’re experiencing the same thing.

Regards Graham.

I noticed that while the images were loading, for instance the larger center image of the necklace, the background grey color shows in its place and could give the appearance that the image has snapped into place or is jumping into position.

I think what you are seeing is the normal page progression as it loads in the browser.
