Can't find 'Extra Background' Action

Hi In the Freeway 5 Pro template ‘FineStyle - Fluorescent’ there is an action called Extra Background 1.0 … It enables you to mask the final row of a tiled background.

I can’t find this anywhere on the Softpress site and it was not installed with the Pro 5 installer.

Any help in locating this action would be very helpful please.
